The Windsor Suite
The Windsor Suite is our largest and most versatile function room, able to seat up to 120 guests for a sit down meal, or 150 people for a theatre meeting set up during the day. The suite features stunning crystal chandeliers, a wooden floor throughout, neutral colour scheme and soft LED spot lighting to suit any meeting, evening party or wedding.
The suite also offers flexibility in terms of layout as well as access to an outdoor patio area that stretches the length of the room. You can also enjoy the use of the Chiltern Lounge and Bar, which acts as a refreshment area for meetings and a private reception and bar area for dinners and weddings.

MODERN MEETING ROOMS IN BURNHAM
The Farnham and Dorney Suites are located in the main part of the property, next to the largest function room, The Windsor Suite. These rooms are our most modern of all and provide a strong, corporate feel. They also boast a fitted 65-inch curved TV screen, comfortable black leather chairs and a neutral colour palette. Plus, they share the Chiltern Lounge as a breakout area for refreshments and finger buffet lunches.

LIGHT AND AIRY MEETING ROOMS IN BURNHAM
The Eton and Ascot Suites are the two halves of our largest function room, The Windsor Suite. They offer a light and airy base for any meeting or event. The suites were refurbished in January 2016, now featuring crystal chandeliers, dimmable ceiling spotlights and a wooden floor throughout.
The Eton Suite links directly to The Chiltern Lounge to act as a breakout area during the day or a private bar/reception area in the evening. Guests using the Ascot Suite only have to walk a few metres down the corridor before they reach the lounge.
The suites are also suited to private dining, seating up to 60 guests over six round tables with the option of setting up live entertainment.

chiltern lounge
LIGHT AND AIRY MEETING ROOMS IN BURNHAM
The Chiltern Lounge is located outside of the Farnham & Dorney Suites and Windsor Suite as a breakout space for meeting guests during the day whilst used as a private function bar in the evening. It typically features a small selection of furniture with a few coffee tables and enough space to accommodate up to 70 to 80 guests standing. The lounge is fitted with a TV screen and is now able to show Sky Sports upon request. This space can also be used as a registration area for meetings that are utilising all three adjoining rooms on the same day.
